WELCOME Students and Parents!
I’m excited to be returning to Peachtree Academy to teach High School and Middle School Drama.
It is a privilege to be able to share my experience and passion in the performing arts, my favorite after-work activity. Let the show begin…
I left a career of retail management to pursue a career in my other passion, graphic design. I attended the Art Institute of Atlanta and graduated with honors and have worked for several agencies, screen printing boutiques and corporate marketing departments. I’m a four- time winner of Graphic Design USA awards, a two-time winner of the ‘Best Vintage T-shirt’ design from Cosmopolitan Magazine and I designed the first T-shirt for Donald Trump’s inaugural show, the Apprentice. In 2016, I started my own Advertising Specialties Company with my wife, Amy, where we teach local businesses how to ‘amplify their brand’ and attract new customers through creative promotions and custom apparel.
On stage, I learned Improv from and performed with Whole World Theatre, and I have acted in and directed shows with several local theatre companies. I was President of The New Depot Players
for over 10 years and I once played Mr. Pinky, Mr. Spritzer, the prison guard, the cop AND the High School Principal in Hairspray with the Johns Creek Players (John Stamos was in the audience during one rehearsal and actually laughed at me).
Enough about me. I look forward to learning your stories and hopefully helping you find a few passions of your own.
