The Admissions Process at Peachtree Academy Private School
Kindergarten -5^th Grade

1. Complete and return the application along with the application fee of $50. Your application will not be accepted without the required fees and documents to include: Copy of Social Secutiry Card, Birth Certificate, Ear, Eye and Dental (K and up), Immunization Records form 3231.
   
   
2. Submit two forms of testing from the last 12 months for review from the following list:
   
   
   • ITBS
   • Stanford 9 or 10
   • CRCT
   • CoGat
   • BLT
   • DIBELS
   • Current Report Card
   • Brigance (Kindergarten Only)

If you do not have two or more of the above tests, other forms of formal and informal testing may be considered on an individual basis. An additional entrance exam may be required for acceptance if adequate testing results are not available from a previous school. Additional testing is $28 per student.

Testing information will be reviewed and you will be notified by mail of your child’s admission status.

3. Once your child has been accepted to Peachtree Academy, you will need to pay the non-refundable registration fee of $150. Additionally, The non-refundable Matriculation Fee is due by March 1st.
   
   
4. Attend a School Orientation Session before the first day of school. Days will be announced prior to the the first day of school.
