Mission Statement
The Peachtree Academy Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a volunteer based group dedicated to promote dialogue between parents and teachers. It is the mission of the PTO to work towards enhancing our children’s experience in school with the help of parents and teachers. These efforts are only made possible by the parent based volunteer groups.
The PTO supports the school by raising money for necessary supplies, improvements, charitable donations, classroom activities and much more. The PTO activities held during the school year are successful due to the volunteer efforts of parents and teachers. Our success for every PTO activity is reliant on the charitable efforts and resourcefulness of our Peachtree family. There are many benefits in volunteering. Volunteering is a great way to meet other parents and get involved. Children also take immense pride in watching their parents participate in the school. This is your PTO. Together we can make a difference in our school. No contribution is too small. Together we can provide the resources for our children and teachers to achieve the mission for quality. The 2010-2011 PTO Board seeks to continue the accomplishments of past PTO Boards in improving the overall educational experience for our children.
