Community Outreach

Peachtree Academy Private School is an independent, not-for-profit, K-12 school east of Atlanta in the community of Rockdale and Newton Counties.   Since 2001, we have inspired our students to be lifelong learners with a sense of responsibility to the local, national and global communities. Beyond the classrooms, stages, studios, and playing fields, Peachtree Academy Private School is a caring and conscientious neighbor, as well as a financial asset to the local community.  Our two biggest events that highlight our work in the community are Give Thanks Day, in November and Panther Day, which is in April.

Service Learning At-A-Glance:

Individual Efforts: Each high school student identifies a project of his/her choice through their selected Bible class, and completes 15 hours of service to that project prior to graduation.

School Programs: Students participate in service activities by grade level, through campus service clubs, and with their athletic teams.

Service Learning: Curriculum and community are in partnership with students participating in outreach and service learning projects at each grade level during Give Thanks Day, in November and Panther Day, which is in May.

Peachtree students visit and aid various organizations, including:

Olivia-Haydel Senior Center
